Yes. Any design can be stitched out in the color of your choice. Input the design changes in the message box. I will be in touch with you before the design process to insure that I understand what you want.
Yes. All designs may be customized with a name, date, image, etc. Input the information in the message box when ordering the product. Please provide a detailed and specific description.
Most designs can be made in multiple ways.Fill out the information in the messagebox with the changes that you would like.
Once production has started on the order, you cannot make any changes or removal of items from the order. If you would like to add items to your order, please submit a new order but ask if they be shipped together.
You may cancel your order within 24 hours.
Refunds and returns are not accepted. If there is an issue with your order, I will work with you until you are satisfied.
Some designs come in multiple sizes. Leave a message requesting a different size and I will check the design for multiple sizes. If the design is in multiple sizes, I will email you with the other sizes.
